This client from Iraq who required a customized sprinkler exactly the same as their provided sample. The customer had very strict requirements for appearance, material, and performance, and wanted the final product to fully match the sample in every detail.
At the beginning, our engineering and sales teams carefully analyzed the sample and confirmed each specification — including spray pattern, thread size, and surface finish. After several rounds of technical communication and adjustment, we optimized the mold and tested different materials to ensure the best result.
Finally, the customized sprinkler passed all inspection tests and met the client’s expectations perfectly. The customer was very satisfied with the final product and confirmed it for bulk production.
